Matt is an experienced choral singer and a lapsed cellist. He has sung with The Tudor Consort since 2002, is a member of the Chapman Tripp Opera Chorus and has previously been a member of the choir of the Wellington Cathedral of St Paul and the choir of the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Auckland. He has also sung with Boutique Opera, Nota Bene, Number 9, and Voices New Zealand.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys photography, design and geekery.
